Twitter Valuation Assignment

This was my first assignment for my valuations class, and I was tasked with valuing Twitter and completing a short write-up. Below you can find my finalized valuation model along with the short write-up on the company and model. I received a 95% as my final grade for this assignment with the following feedback: 

"Excellent overview of the industry & twitter. Good point on the eventually acceptance of paid access. On the ratio analysis start with the projected improvements in profitability & improvement in efficiency (sales/total assets). Good use of the dupont analysis. Reasonable approach to determining the discount rate. Well done."
